Description
Tsikoudia is the traditional Cretan distilled grape spirit that accompanies every social event, small or big. The ancient process of distilling the crushed grape skins after fermentation is carried out in the Monastery every year after harvest. Investment in a few alembic and a bottling line for the production of traditional Cretan ”Tsikoudia”aided its modernization . For the production of this is refined distillate, grapes from old traditional varieties are fermented at low temperatures to preserve aromas. Offer it as an aperitif, an after dinner digestif or a welcome drink in any occasion. Best served chilled.
