The general Terms and Conditions detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the ‘User’ (hereafter also referred to as ‘You’ or the ‘Customer’) and ‘ANDOCZI BALOG ZSUZSANNA COMPANY’ (hereafter also referred to as ‘We’ or the ‘Website’.  Both parties accept these Conditions unreservedly. You acknowledge by confirming your order that you have read and accept our general Conditions of Sale. These Terms and Conditions are important to you and ANDOCZI BALOG ZSUZSANNA COMPANY as they are used to protect your rights as a valued customer and our rights as a business.

WEB SITE CONSENT & CHANGES

We reserve the right to update the Website content and change these Terms of Service from time to time at our discretion and without any notice. It is solely your responsibility to keep up-to-date with the latest Terms and Conditions by checking back regularly. Your continued use of the Website following the publishing of updated Terms of Service constitutes that you have read and agreed to the changes. We do not guarantee that the Website or any content provided on the Website is error free.

WEBSITE ACCESS

We strive to ensure the Website is always up and available, but we can’t guarantee that the Website will not have downtime for any reason. We reserve the right to close the Website for short periods of time for general maintenance, but will attempt to keep this to a minimum. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time, for any length of time. You understand and agree that temporary interruptions of network transmissions belonging to third parties, over whom we have no control, may occur.  Parts of the Website require you to input a password to access certain features. This is to be able to give you details relevant to your order whilst still keeping them private to you. To do this, as part of our security procedures, we require you to register as a member with bakalikocrete.com by entering your email and choosing a secure password. There is a password reset procedure in case you forget your password. We manage your personal data according to our Privacy and Security Policy.

PRICING

All product prices on our web site are quoted in Euro (€), are inclusive of V.A.T. and do not include delivery cost.  There is no handling charge. The delivery costs are automatically calculated upon check-out according to selected delivery method and destination. They are clearly shown and invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products.  We are in no circumstances responsible for any exchange rates and charges that may apply due to payment in a different currency. We also cannot be held responsible for exchange rates given by third party payment handlers.

We retain the right to change our pricing policy, to modify the quoted prices on the website and to change and/or withdraw offers at any time, with or without prior notice to our website users, who will be informed on the current price through the relevant posting on the website. While we strive to ensure that all product details, descriptions and prices displayed on our Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we notice an error in the price of any of the products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the possibility to reconfirm your order with the correct price or cancel it.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Our company takes all necessary measures to ensure that there is adequate stock of all product codes in our warehouse in Archanes.  However, occasional shortage may occur in some product codes especially in handcrafted items. Our site automatically displays if a product is available or temporarily out of stock. Product availability and information is subject to modification from time to time with or without prior notice.

ORDERS

You must be 18 years old in order to place an order with us. Before ordering, we advise you to read carefully the terms and conditions governing the use of this website.

You can place an order in two ways:

• · By first registering as a user-member which gives you many advantages such as, order tracking, order history file, wishlist/ favorite products etc.
• · Ordering as a visitor without member registration. In this case you will not have the above benefits, however you are still a valuable customer to us and we welcome your business. Shortly after you have placed an order, an order confirmation email will automatically be sent to you acknowledging the exact details of your order.

PAYMENT METHODS

You may pay for your order by one of the following methods:

a) PAYPAL

If you choose this option, when you click “BUY”, you will be re-directed to the PayPal partner page. You can use your personal account if you have one, BUT you do NOT need to have a PayPal account in order to use your credit or debit card for payment. For PayPal payment option, please refer to their site for full terms and conditions of use.

b) BANK DEPOSIT

Bank deposit in our Bank Account:

After completing your order, choose the payment method “Through Bank TRANSFER” and proceed in making your payments by a bank wire (T/T transfer) to the following account:

Send us a copy of your bank transfer by mail to [email protected] and we will proceed in processing and delivering your order.

c) CASH ON DELIVERY (VALID ONLY FOR DELIVERIES IN GREECE)with an extra cost of up to a maximum of 2,50 € per order). Pay the total value of your order to the employee of the courier company who will deliver your order to your door.

Please note that it is not possible to combine different payment methods for one order.
We do not accept checks or money orders as payment for your purchases.
All payments are cleared in Euros (€) and the charge will appear in your own currency with applicable currency exchange rates at the time of the transaction. We do not charge any currency exchange fees.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All shipments outside Greece for weights of up to 2 Kg are made through the Greek Postal Services (ELTA) via registered mail (tracking number provided).
The shipping cost is based on the current price list of the Greek postal services and depends on the parcel weight and destination as per the chart below.

For parcel over 2 Kg, shipments are made via TNT COURIER to any country in Europe and specifically to the following countries, broken down by ZONES according to the indicated prices in the chart below.

FOR LARGER (ABOVE 10 KG) QUANTITIES PLEASE CONTACT US IN ORDER TO FIND THE BEST AND MOST COST EFFECTIVE SHIPMENT METHOD.

We endeavor to process your order within 2-6 working days (depends on what zone your country is in) from the date of order confirmation and deliver it as soon as possible to the indicated delivery address, provided that all products in the order are in stock. If we must order an item, we will inform you of the delay so you can decide if you would like to wait for that product or change it.

Orders are carefully prepared and properly packed with appropriate inner and outer packaging materials in order to secure quality upon shipment and ensure the delivery of the products in perfect condition.  Shipment is made by Hellenic Post or TNT, to the delivery point designated by the customer. Please make sure that you provide the correct delivery address and ensure that someone is available to receive the order and sign the delivery receipt.  In case there is an incorrect address, the customer is liable for the return shipment cost to our premises. Deliveries to Post Office Box numbers are not accepted.

The shipping cost for your order is calculated automatically in the shopping cart upon CHECK-OUT, using a special algorithm that takes into account the volumetric weight and delivery destination and is included in your total purchase cost before order completion and payment.  To get a quote for your shipping cost, press the “Shipping Cost Calculate” before placing your order.

Please note that products delivered to countries outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to custom clearance and other relevant fees. We cannot be held liable for any of these extra costs. We strongly advise you to check your own country’s customs regulations before placing an order in our website.  Additional charges, such as import duties and taxes levied by the authorities of your country once the shipment reaches your country, must be met by you.

 International orders outside the European Union are at your own risk. We cannot be held liable if customs in your country confiscates any particular item contained in your parcel, levies import duty on it, delays or does not clear the package or the package is lost. In those cases the order is deemed to have been delivered and no refunds will be allowed.

FOR DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE EU, PARTICULARLY TO CANADA AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL FIRST TO INQUIRE AT [email protected].

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction. In any case, we urge you to check the products upon receipt. In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong or damaged product, please contact us immediately upon receipt (within two business days after delivery) in order to arrange for a replacement.

Returns are accepted only when:

• · The goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied
• · The goods are damaged For a return to be accepted, the product you are sending back to our company must be in the same condition in which it was received. It must be unused and intact in its original packaging with all the documents that accompanied the product.

If the above conditions are fulfilled, the refund of the amount you have already paid will be handled directly by us or in collaboration with our partner payment service provider. If these conditions are not met or if any of the above mentioned documents accompanying the product are missing, your request for refund cannot be accepted and the product will be returned to you at your own expense.

When you place an order, we collect your name, e-mail address, postal address and phone number. This allows us to process your order and to notify you of your order status. Please keep in mind that we do not collect credit card information since you will only use your credit card for payment via PayPal, which is secured.
We may also use your email address to periodically notify you about new products, services and special offers. If you do not want to receive email from us in the future, please send an e-mail to [email protected] with “unsubscribe” as the subject line.

Any failure of ANDOCZI BALOG SUSANNA COMPANY  to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and ANDOCZI BALOG SUSANNA COMPANY and governs your use of the service, superseding any prior agreements (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Use). If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Greek law.  Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Heraklion, Crete, Greece.
