Description
Cretan extra virgin olive with Rosemary banches collected by hand from the area of Archanes. After they are dry the whole branch is put in olive oil and tastefull product is the result. Very loving and special flavor. The use of rosemary is widespread in cooking, adding unique aroma and flavor. Try it with cretan snails, lamb liver, grilled fish, lamb meat and marinades.
